Activities on the waters of Lake Benton will include swimming, boating, tubing, kneeboarding, and skiing. You will have access to sports equipment and over 25-yard games. Days will finish off with s'mores around the fire pit. Meals will include brats with beans and coleslaw; eggs with bacon and fruit; sloppy joes and vegetables; grilled hamburgers with french fries and corn on the cob; omelets with sausage and toast and always plenty of drinks in the coolers.

You are never too old to relive your younger years! This adults-only package will bring back some great memories as you enjoy keg beer in red solo cups, beer pong, ultimate Frisbee and a bean bag tournament. When the lake calls, be ready to plunge off the dock and hop a ride on the tubes behind the boat. Take an afternoon nap if needed, as evenings will run late and will include a fire pit with karaoke and likely some questionable behavior. Make sure to bring your favorite alcohol and fruit to share in the jungle juice cooler! It is suggested to plan a day of recovery after your vacation. Meals will include pizza with mozzarella sticks; eggs, steak and beer; sandwiches with chips and pickles; macaroni & cheese bar; pop tarts, cereal and fruit. 

If spending time on the water is your thing, the Beach Party package will be the ideal fit. Your stay will include trips to the private beach, boating, water sports, access to a variety of tubes to lounge on the water, and evening bonfires with fireworks displays. Meals will be served lakeside along with a swim-up bar providing rum punch and tequila. Meals will include shish kabobs; breakfast burritos and fruit; Sous Vide fish with fruit salsa, salad and cheesecake; smoked pulled pork with coleslaw, Cajun fries and pineapple; fried eggs with black bean salsa; Key West Chicken with fruit salad.

During the day, step aboard our curated excursions with your boat captain, as you cruise amidst breathtaking natural landscapes that highlight the beauty of Lake Benton. This package is for those who want to party on the water. With this package, you will enjoy a three-hour lake tour on a double-decker party boat. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere as the boat rocks to the rhythm of the music. Bring your suit and slide in to the lake off the rear deck slide. When on shore, hit the lakeside dance floor, visit the bar to choose from a variety of refreshing drinks and try your skills at a number of party games. For the partiers, meals will be able to be enjoyed on the go and include sliders, pasta salad, and fruit skewers; frittatas and yogurt; picnic-style lunch with sandwiches, wraps, and fresh salad; smoked chicken thighs, roasted potatoes, watermelon, and cookies; breakfast skewers with fruit, cheese, and breakfast meats. This package is designed for fishing enthusiasts who want to enjoy a memorable getaway while pursuing their passion for angling. Experience thrilling fishing expeditions led by knowledgeable guides. We understand that fishing trips work up an appetite, so we've curated a selection of delicious meals, including fresh fish with grilled vegetables and salad; breakfast skillet with eggs, potatoes, bacon, and vegetables; shoreline picnic with tuna salad and roast beef sandwiches, fresh fruits and granola bars; foil-wrapped fish packets with your catch, seasoned with lemon, butter, alongside roasted corn on the cob and baked potatoes; oatmeal, fruit and sausage. 

Your Luxe Resort Package will include the finer things in life, such as yoga, relaxing in hammocks, access to the floating bar serving mixed drinks, golf excursions, croquet, captained boat rides, morning mimosas and more. Meals will include steak with shrimp pasta and key lime pie; bagels, yogurt and fruit; roasted salmon with salad and french bread; Sous Vide chicken, roasted vegetables and cheesecake; rolls, hard-boiled eggs and fruit.

Start your day with a cup of fresh coffee in the Lakeview Room, followed by morning walks, butterfly watching, kayaking, and sunset boat rides on Lake Benton. Your evenings will include reading by the fire, candle-lit spa baths, and turn-down service. Meals will include pasta with sausage, french bread and salad; waffles and strawberries; picnic lunches; smoked pork loin with wine sauce, mixed greens and roasted potatoes; caramel rolls and fruit. Each meal will be paired with the perfect wine.

As the seasons change, so do the activities at Capital Cove Cabin. The Autumn Adventure package is the perfect opportunity to embrace the fall weather with activities such as, canoeing, hiking, nature photography, ax throwing and pumpkin carving. After a full day of experiences and the cool evening starts to settle in, grab a blanket and warm up with fresh apple turnovers and popcorn cooked over a toasty fire pit. Away from the glow of busy city life, it is the perfect place to view the stars and constellations. Meals will include, grilled seasonal flatbread with apple pie and vanilla ice cream; pumpkin spiced donuts with yogurt, cinnamon granola and fruit salad; smoked sausage with roasted vegetables and maple glazed pears; fried turkey with mashed potatoes, roasted green beans and caramelized apple skewers; french toast with apple butter and clementines. 

Even in the winter, Lake Benton has a lot to offer to get you out and enjoying the snow. The Winter Escape package includes ice skating, sledding, snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing in a beautiful Midwest setting. If you prefer to take things a bit slower, you will have access to ice fishing gear and a heated ice fishing house. When it is time to settle in, enjoy the fireplace and a cup of hot chocolate while playing board games or watching a movie. Meals will include chili with freshly baked bread; oatmeal with fruit; pot pie with steamed vegetables; egg bake with smoked bacon; pot roast with potatoes and apple pie.
